Monster Eggs

Pretty-in-pictures-sketch

This is a bit belated, but I wanted to share some Easter pictures with everyone.

We celebrated Easter with my family on the Saturday before Easter Sunday, just a potluck brunch. My RiRi’s kids helped find eggs for Roree.

Sunday JT’s family and our friend and his mom joined us at Chateau Rose Restaurant for their Easter brunch – which was delicious.

I stole an idea from a friend of mine and filled Roree’s eggs with snacks so that if, while she was playing with them, they broke apart, she could just eat the puffs.

Roree loved playing with the eggs and her basket:

The dogs loved the snacks in the eggs, also:

JT and I bought a cheap box of dye that came with “monster” stickers, so him and I had fun dyeing eggs while Roree slept in the carrier on his back:

The best part, by far, was adding faces to the eggs:

Roree had fun, too…
